What Is Our Church Partnership Program?
Our WellCare+ Church Partnership program allows churches to subsidize counselling services — either fully or partially — for people within their community, including individuals, couples, and families. This partnership model means your congregation can access short-term therapy without financial barriers, supporting emotional health alongside spiritual growth.
We offer counselling that can be delivered:
- In-Person (Ancaster)
- Online
- By phone
The program provides confidential support for members accessing care, ensuring comfort and trust at every step.

Counselling for Pastors and Leaders
Pastors and leaders face unique pressures due to their role in the church or ministry. At The Well, we are privileged to support this challenging kingdom work. This can take the form of confidential consultation about challenging ministry situations or personal therapy.
It is common for people in ministry to overlook or deny their own mental, emotional and relational wellbeing while facing heavy demands in supporting others. Pursuing therapy can be one of the best decisions a ministry leader can make.
Our therapists are seminary-trained and some also have a background in ministry leadership. This helps us understand the unique challenges that pastors and church leaders face.
