Our Affordable Therapy Program in Ontario makes professional counselling services more accessible for individuals, couples, and families who may be facing financial barriers to care. We’re so glad you found us!

Access to meaningful mental health care shouldn’t be determined by your budget or barriers. Our carefully selected Master’s-level interns provide professional counselling at an affordable rate and receive ongoing weekly clinical supervision. This allows us to offer you a safe, supportive space to work through the challenges you’re facing while keeping the cost within reach.

If cost has made it difficult to reach out for counselling, we invite you to explore whether our Affordable Therapy Program may be a good fit for you.

Affordable Therapy at The Well

Sessions with our intern therapists are offered at $110 per session.

This is a reduced fee made possible through our intern therapist program. If this rate is still difficult for you, sliding scale options may be availableWe’re happy to talk with you about your circumstances and explore what may be possible.
