Welcoming Anya and Introducing Reduced-Rate Therapy at The Well!

We are excited to welcome Anya MacPhail, Therapist Intern, to The Well Counselling & Recovery Services.

As part of her Master of Arts in Clinical Counselling at Tyndale University, Anya is completing her internship, providing compassionate, high-quality therapy to individuals and couples. Anya is under the supervision of Jodi Rouah, an experienced social worker and ICEEFT supervisor candidate, and Susan Rumford, a seasoned Registered Psychotherapist supervisor.

Anya brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Her approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping clients better understand their emotions, relationships, and patterns while moving toward greater connection and healing.

A New Reduced-Rate Therapy Program

With Anya joining our team, we are pleased to launch our Reduced-Rate Therapy Program.

We know that the cost of counselling can sometimes be a barrier to getting support. This program allows clients to access affordable therapy while receiving care from a therapist who is closely supervised and supported throughout her training.

Reduced-rate therapy can be a great option for individuals and couples who are looking for support with concerns such as:

  • Anxiety and stress
  • Depression
  • Relationship challenges
  • Life transitions
  • Self-esteem and identity concerns
  • Grief and loss
  • Faith and spirituality

Clients working with Anya benefit not only from her dedication and care but also from the collaborative support of our clinical team.
